Moving in the north-east: what to plan for
- Golden Grove's planned streets. Golden Grove was developed from the 1980s as a planned suburb, with courts, two-storey homes and tight turning circles at the end of some streets. A truck sometimes needs to reverse in.
- Hills-face suburbs. Tea Tree Gully, Banksia Park, Fairview Park and Highbury sit on the slopes, with steep driveways and steps up to the front door.
- Around Tea Tree Plaza. Modbury has units and townhouses close to Westfield Tea Tree Plaza and the O-Bahn interchange, and walk-up stairs are common.
- Two-storey family homes. Big beds, wardrobes and couches upstairs take time. Measure the stairwell turn for anything large.

From Glenelg North we cross the city to reach you; allow 35 to 45 minutes. The clock starts when we arrive at your pickup address and stops when the last item is in place at your new home. Call-out: 0.5 hours.
