How we ask for reviews
After every move, John sends a short message with a direct link to our Google profile. We ask everyone, whether the move went perfectly or not, and we never offer discounts or gifts in exchange. If something went wrong, we'd rather hear it and fix it.

How to check any removalist's reviews
Reviews are the best guide you have, if you read them the right way:
- Look at Google, not testimonials. A business chooses what goes on its own website; it can't choose what's on Google.
- Check how recent they are. A handful of reviews from this year tell you more than hundreds from five years ago.
- Read the low ratings and the replies. Every business has a bad day. What matters is how they responded.
- Find moves like yours. A great review for a single couch says little about a 4-bedroom house with a piano.
- Watch for patterns. Late arrivals, slow crews on an hourly rate, extra charges at the end or damaged furniture, mentioned more than once, are a warning.
- Check the business is real. The name should match an ABN, and the company should be able to tell you its insurance.

What are red flags with moving companies?
No ABN or a business name that doesn't match it, a price only after a large deposit, vague answers about when the clock starts, cash-only payment, no insurance details, reviews only on their own website, and pressure to book on the spot.
Do you pay or reward customers for reviews?
No. Google doesn't allow it, and it would make our rating meaningless. We ask every customer for an honest review after the move.
